Our nutritional research increases our knowledge of healthy dietary habits and contributes to the prevention of diet-related diseases. 

We focus on the effects of known nutrients and the effects of new, potentially healthy substances in food. We also examine the makeup of basic nutrients in diets, conduct large-scale representative surveys of Danish dietary habits and measure the effect of dietary interventions.
